The City of Levelland Building Permit and Inspection Department has issued the building permit report for the month of May, 2017.
The department reported issuing mostly permits for alterations and additions. The largest permit was 1 permit for $500,000 for remodeling the building at 510 Clubview Drive. The permit was for remodeling the building for Tractor Supply which is set to open later this year. Their were no permits for new construction issued in May.
A total of 20 building permits was issued totaling $780,935 bringing the year to date total to 58 permits totaling $2.2 Million.
