A 2 vehicle wreck at the intersection of Houston and Kelly Road prompted a heavy first responder presence in the area Tuesday afternoon. around 4pm Fire Dept., Sherrif’s Office, DPS and other agencies responded to the crash to find 1 vehicle on its side in a nearby field. The occupant of one vehicle had gotten out already by the time teams arrived, but responders would have to work to extricate 2 other occupants for medical transport. Once those victims we’re transported, the scene was turned over to DPS, fire teams left the scene approximately at 6:30p. Current state of those patients is unknown.
