Two Hockley County residents, Michael VanWettering and Loralee VanWettering have been indicted by a Hockley County Grand Jury for the misappropriation of funds between $2,500 and $30,000. The two were arrested and released the same day from the Hockley County Jail after they posted bail of $2,500 each.
