Levelland police are investigating a Burglary of a Vehicle in the 100 Block of Hicks that occurred between 8:00 pm Friday and 1:00 pm on Saturday. Reports indicate someone entered and stole items from a 2018 Chevrolet Trax while it was parked in the driveway of the residence. The report indicates the car was locked and their was sign of forced entry on the drivers side of the vehicle.
Suspects stole a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses and a Interlock system for the vehicle. The case has been turned over to the Criminal Investigation Division for further investigation for Burglary of a Vehicle.
Police are also investigating the break in of a 1999 Chevrolet Blazer parked at a residence in the 700 Block of Avenue D. The break in was reported on Monday evening. A wallet along with identification, credit cards, radio, speaker system and an amplifier were reported as missing.
The Criminal Investigation Division of the Police Department is currently investigating both cases.
