Levelland Police Respond to a Disturbance and Make Three Arrests

Levelland police officers responded to a fight at the University Square Apartments in the 500 Block of A & M Lane on Wednesday morning.

Upon arrival, officers met with a male and female subject. The female victim told officers that her and the male suspect were in a verbal argument, then the male suspect told the officer that they had a scuffle and he had hit the female and she fell back hitting her head on the concrete.

Bryce Taylor, 30 was arrested for assault/family violence. Officers also determined that the female victim was wanted on an outstanding warrant and arrested Christina Valderas, 41 for theft of property. A witness at the scene, Christopher Valderas, 32 was arrested on an outstanding warrant as well.

Taylor remains in the Hockley County Jail on a $2,000 bond.
