Ricky Don Henderson, 57 of Levelland has been moved to the Taylor County Jail in Abilene.
Henderson was transferred to the Taylor county Jail on Monday, January 7th from Hockley County. He was arrested for a parole violation in Hockley County on December 26th on a warrant out of Taylor County.
According to the Taylor County Jail Records, he is being held on a 3rd Degree Felony Charge of Possession of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on a
$25,000 bond, however he is on a hold for the parole violation, possession of a controlled substance. The original charge is out of the 42nd District Court on April 18th.
According to Abilene Police, this is an unrelated charge to the death of Jeannie Quinn of Levelland which he is considered a sole person of interest in the case. Police say their is not enough evidence for an arrest as of yet. Henderson is also listed as a person of interest in the disappearance of his ex wife in Hockley County in 1983 according to the Hockley County Sheriff’s Office.
