community leaders to provide on-the-job training to our students to include City of

success of the program and students.
Project Search is a collaboration between Covenant Health Systems, Levelland ISD,
Frenship ISD, Lubbock-Cooper ISD, Texas Workforce Solutions, Vocational
Rehabilitation Services and Quest Employment Services. It is a one year internship to
explore a variety of career paths with a goal of competitive employment. The program
takes place at Covenant Health Hospital where total immersion in the workplace
facilitates the teaching and learning process as well as the acquisition of employability
and marketable work skills.
