As a precaution, the district placed the school in lock out status on Friday afternoon, allowing no one in the building except parents and guardians picking up students.  Olton Police confirmed Hardcastle was in custody, however, had not been arrested Friday around 3:00 pm.

The Olton Police and Lamb County Sheriff’s office are jointly investigating the threat.   No further information has been released.
