“Celebrate Littlefield” on Saturday

The annual “Celebrate Littlefield” event is coming to Littlefield on Friday and Saturday July 18 and 19. Activities begin on Friday evening at the Littlefield Lands Duggan House Museum with a wine tasting followed by a downtown “Dance Under the stars” beginning at 8pm. Saturdays events will be held in the Lamb County Ag and Community Center and on the grounds near the center and in front of the outdoor stage.

Free parking will be available on the property to the south of the Ag and community Center, Access will be off of Hwy 385–follow the signs. Sixteenth Street, east of Hall Ave and 17th Street will be closed to the public during the celebration. Indoor and outdoor vendors are all filled and ready to go and all of the RV and tent spaces have been reserved as well. The indoor vendors will be open from 9am to 6pm on Saturday while the outdoor vendors will have sales until the end of the shows on Saturday night.

Tickets to the celebration will be available at the gate for $15 each. Children 5 years and younger get in free. Coolers will be admitted with an additional fee of $10 at the gate. No glass bottles will be allowed on the grounds and no boxed or sacked drinks will be permitted–only those in coolers.
