19 Year Old Indicted for Fire At Morton Church

19 year old Aaron Angel Trinidad has been indicted on suspicion he intentionally burned down the First United Methodist Church in Morton in early December. He is charged with first degree felony arson. He remains in the Cochran County Jail with bond set at $100,000.

He was arrested December 1 after he was spotted leaving the burning building, according to reports from the Cochran County Sheriff’s Office.

If convicted, he could face up to 99 years in prison.
